DEFECTIVE OR WRONG MERCHANDISE

If we made an error in your order or If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.), we'll be happy to exchange it. 

Please contact our Customer Service at info@twelvewatch.com within 72 hours from the date of delivery, we will promptly send you a replacement at no extra charge once we have received and processed your return.

 Items damaged due to customer’s negligence will not be accepted. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% happy with your watch, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the exchange process and obtain a return authorization number. Please note that exchanges can take 2-4 weeks to process after receipt of the returned merchandise.

You will need to pay for return shipping.  We recommend that all exchanges to be sent with a valid tracking number attached.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, broken, or damaged items during the return process.

We only offer refund for defective items. Kindly note that we do not give cash refunds, we can only refund the credit card used for the original purchase.

 

CONDITIONS

Please return the product unworn in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), original tags, labels, and any other materials that came with the product.

Please ensure that all packaging are intact.
