You can expect your delivery within 1 to 2 days if you are located in the UAE and 2 to 5 days for any other location around the world.

All transactions made on www.twelvewatch.com are fully secured since we are partnering with Stripe as a payment gateway.

Our watches come with a 1 year warranty. The warranty covers any defect in the mechanism. Should you have any issues with your watch, please contact us at info@twelvewatch.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, unless your item is defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at the moment.

All our watches are waterproof up to 10ATM/ 100 meters.

The mechanism is Swiss Made by Ronda. The watch was designed in Switzerland, and assembled in China.

Step 1: Use the strap tool included in your watch case.

Step 2: Push the spring bar through the hole from inside the lug; the spring bar will loosen from the hole and can be detached from the other lug.

Step 3: Detach the strap from the watch and remove the spring bar from inside the strap. The same bar will be used to attach the Nato strap.

Step 4: Place one end of the spring bar in the hole in one lug and push the other end into the hole in the second lug.

Step 5: Position and prepare the Nato strap by separating the two strap-parts from each other.

Step 6: Insert the long part of the strap from the front of the watch to the back through the opening between the watch case and the spring bar. Pull the strap and insert it from back to front through the opening at the bottom of the case. Slide the case to the middle of the strap.

Step 7: Insert the long end of the strap through the metallic loop at the end of the shorter part of the strap.

Step 2: Slide the strap out of the opening between the watch case and the spring bar on both sides

Step 3: Position and prepare the new Nato strap by separating the two strap-parts from each other.

Step 4: Insert the long part of the strap from the front of the watch to the back through the opening between the watch case and the spring bar. Pull the strap and insert it from back to front through the opening at the bottom of the case. Slide the case to the middle of the strap.

Step 5: Insert the long end of the strap through the metallic loop at the end of the shorter part of the strap.
